Common issues
The alarm didn't ring
In iPhone Settings, open Fajry's page and check that alarms are allowed. Then open the app: the home screen should show that your alarm is set.
The adhan is too quiet
The alarm plays at your iPhone's ringer volume. Turn it up in Settings, Sounds & Haptics.
The scan doesn't recognise my sink
Turn the light on and frame the whole basin and tap. Hold the phone still for a second.
The time doesn't match my mosque
Fajry calculates Fajr at 12°. From the home screen, you can match your alarm to your mosque's exact time.
I got a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Fajry and tap "Restore" at the bottom of the subscription screen.
Cancel my subscription
iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Fajry. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
